Default 06 street bob wont start

Hi guys I'm new here and Im really hoping you can help me out. Last night I was cleaning my bike and forgot I left one of the pkug wires off, today I go to ride and crank on it a few times before realizing the plug wire is off. I reconnected the plug wire and tried again still won't start, so I let it sit overnight and try again still nothing. The fuel pump is priming I have full charge on the battery, tried a second battery just to be sure. I trued new plugs, wires and coil. Still wont start. When I do a spark test I get no spark while the motor is cranking but I get one small spark as I let off of the starter. I checked for codes and its not throwing any so I'm at a complete loss and getting pretty frustrated. Someone please help a guy out

Gotta love the worthless comments that get thrown in.

Check the simple things first: plug condition, gap, wire condition, and make sure the wires aren't reversed and are fully seated. Also check battery cables and connections. If those check out, look at the coil.

Edit: Could also be the crank position sensor, but I would rule out all those other things first.

When you say it doesn't start, is it cranking over and not firing or is it not cranking at all? How are you doing the spark test? With these EFI motors there is no spark without compression, so if you take out the plug and ground it you won't get a spark. You need an inline tester.
Also check the ground cable connection. Also, you may have a full sitting charge on the battery but maybe not under load.
What mods are done to the bike and has anything been worked on recently?

spark was checked in line, the only thing that has been done recently was the stator was replaced but that's been a few weeks ago, motor is cranking fine
