2006 Street Bob stutters a bit when first taking off, then clears itself within a few miles. Runs normal after that. Makes it difficult to troubleshoot. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
Forgot to mention gut feeling is that it might be O2 sensor?

Is it stock? If not, what mods do you have?
Check for codes.
Check for intake and exhaust leaks. Something like that might show up when cold and after the motor warms up it seals the gap.
Inspect and clean all fuses and relay connections, as well as battery and ground cables.
Good feedback. Update to what I've done so far: Pulled plugs, looked good, set gap, reinstalled. Put a set of phat plug wires on that I had on hand. Looked up codes. No codes. Been trying the new Techron fuel additive. Symptoms change a bit from day to day. One day high idle speed, today low idle speed. Yesterday at first stop it sounded like it was running on one cylinder but when I goosed it, it ran fine. Most of the time when I am cruising along at 70 it runs like a champ. I have had it hicup when running along 55 in 5th. Seems to be worse when running light throttle with no load (like cruising through town at 35). It clears itself within a few minutes and then doesn't reappear until it has sat for a while. I cleaned the IAC with proper cleaner and did get some particles. Intake plumbing all looked good. I will inspect suggested gasket though. Thanks.

Classic symptoms of the bike having the early 8 Degree injectors....cruise stumble/surging. Pretty easy to swap in the updated 25 Degree injectors. I had to do this to my 2006 Super Glide to get rid of a cruise surge condition. Also, if you don't have a fuel tuner like a Power Vision, you really need one to get the bike running happy.
Just wanted to follow up on this and let you all know what the fix was in case you run into something similar. I was inspecting wiring under the seat and decided to check the big ECM connector under the left side cover. That connector was secure and looked fine, but I noticed that the fuse block looked a little cruddy, like water had gotten in there. I pulled a fuse and it was not in very good shape, kind of corroded and with a sort of film on the contacts. I proceeded to pull and clean all fuses with my pocket knife and a school eraser. Also cleaned what I could reach of the fuse recepticles with a cotton swab and a little WD. Re-inserted all fuses and took test drive. Problem solved. I was afraid to get my hopes up, but two more rides with no problems have now convinced me that I had an intermittant fuse connectivity issue, perhaps on the ECM circuit. Regardless, I'm a happy man to have my bike back running the way it should. Just wanted you all to know. Thanks for the inputs!
