I saw that John Maxwell video too and it seemed like it was fairly loud. I just got a pair of bluetooth earbuds but I would much rather have a bluetooth speaker if I could hear it.

I just clicked the link and saw the price! $450.00. I wasn't expecting that much but I guess you get what you pay for.

No problem. You guys need to update the pictures on your website though. The system specs say you are using the 4" Kicker speakers now instead of the 4" Pioneers. A good choice because they have much better handling but the pictures still show the Pioneers.

Not necessarily. I got a Shark amp and speaker setup off eBay for all of $10 (supposed to be 300 watt, but I doubt it), and for an additional $10 I added another set of speakers, and together they actually sound pretty good at highway speeds. I usually only have my volume on both my phone and the amp at about 75% for highway use, and even lower around town. My setup is wired instead of bluetooth, but it works just fine for what I want. Wife even said that, at full volume, she could hear it just fine on the back of the bike, even with my loud short pipes, so should be fine for just about anyone. Quality isn't up to snuff for a serious audiophile, but is good enough over the wind noise for me.
I also have bluetooth in the helmet for phone calls, but, as the OP found out, the sound really sucks, however mine is a cheap China BT-2 unit my son got me, so I can't really complain. Unless I'm sitting still or with the engine off, I can barely hear the caller, and music is only so-so, but the other end seems to be able to hear me fine. I just purchased a set of the newer BT-3 units from another guy here, but they haven't arrived yet, though shows they should be getting here today. Hopefully, they'll do better, and the wife and I will be able to communicate with each other, whether we're riding together or she's on her own bike. That's the plan, anyway.

Looks good. How does your ST600 Speaker system outperform the Motorcycle Tunes MT-1000 system? Also, as mentioned, I'm also running a Jagg fan assist oil cooler all on the stock Dyna electrical system. Will adding your amp/speaker system be compatible?

Hello! Our ST600 system is the best in class system available right now. We design it to be loud and clear on the highway even with straight pips and no windshield. We have created a competitor comparison chart that may be helpful: https://www.steelhorseaudio.com/page...otorcycletunes. As far as adding the system with the Jagg cooler, you'll be fine. Our systems are designed specifically with 12v charging systems in mind and will not pull too much power. Let me know if I can answer any other questions or feel free to call (800-823-5310) or email us (info@steelhorseaudio.com). Thanks!
