Default Brake Lines for Dual Tokicos

I just installed dual Tokicos w/ Speed Merchant brackets on my 2008 Street Bob and need to figure out what brake lines to order. Near as I can measure, I need 25" for each line from the calipers to the center of the bottom triple tree and then 26" from the bottom triple tree to the master cylinder. The banjo bolt that goes to the caliper measures .348" in diameter, but I am not sure what angle to specify for the banjo fitting. Likewise I am not sure what kind of fittings to specify for the brake line T that I will mount under the triple tree.

Also, I got a Harley 11/16 master cylinder. Is the pressure switch in this master cylinder going to work or is there anything that I will have to do for this.

Does anybody that has done a dual tokico/speed merchant setup have the details on brake lines?

I just ran Big Al's Cycles brake lines straight to the calipers off the 11/16 master. It was a lot cheaper than doing 3 brake lines and the block under the bottom tree as I had to add the right side slider with a brake mount on mine and I didn't have the block. I used their 48" kit but I have wide glide tubes that are 2.4" over on my FXDB.

I ran a two line system at 49” I ordered thru spiegler. Banjo angle varies to accommodate for variations of available space on different bikes. Contact spiegler they will help you identify what banjo fittings you need as I forgot what tokicos require

Spiegler has an "off the shelf" FXDX kit. I estimated how much longer the lower lines needed to be (I'm sorry I don't recall the length, it was at least three years ago... Somewhere around three inches), and asked Spiegler for the FXDX set with over-length lowers and bottom banjos for Tokicos. Their kit came with the tee, and it all worked out well.

I can get you the measurements from the lines I ordered from Spiegler but I would just use it as a rough estimate. The best thing you can do is get the master and calipers mounted and then use a piece of welding rod to get the measurements and figure out what fittings and angles you need. The welding rod is good because it holds curves. I am using different calipers and a different master. Lengths should be close but fitting angles may be different. I used fitting 002 which has a 20 degree angle.

Here's how my line came out.

It's difficult to get a good photo of it complete. This is the best I have.

I’m using a Big Als Cycles dual line kit but if I did it again I’d use a splitter. Reason being is if you change bar height you just need to replace that single upper line and be done. I considered doing tokickos wuen I went to duals on my Lowrider. I found some bagger brembos though so went that way. Plus I like more of a “factory” look sometimes. That right side slider part number is correct for your bike and is a straight bolt on no drama.

Is there any benefit to running dual lines straight from the master cylinder? I'm looking at replacing brake lines soon when I swap bars.
