Not positive, but pretty sure Dynas had the same chassis from 1999 to 2005. Superglides and Low Riders were stock with mid controls. You may be able to find someone selling used take-offs.
Edit: Just did a quick search of "dyna mid controls" on ebay. Tons of them for sale there. Most sellers claim the same fitment for 1991 to 2017.
Inner primary is set up for the shifter running through the case. The very least youll have to remove the inner to fish the shifting shaft through to the correct inspection cover.
