Looking at switching from a lepara daytona seat on my 98 super glide to a saddlemen step seat. Was wondering how much difference there would be in the height of the seat and how much it moves you forward compared to my Daytona. Thanks
I have a saddlemen step up, I feel like it actually sits me too low and too far back , Im gonna be changing the seat out. Im running pullback risers and still feel that way
I've got San Deigo Custom's *** Holder seat witch is a reworked Step Up, moves you up and forward about an inch. Here's a side view that might help.
I can remember my first impressions of the step up seat feeling higher and closer, I felt as if it put me in more of an aggressive but comfortable riding position.
Side note, is this a cobra exhaust?? How do (did) you like it? I see the bassani rr3 in your sig, what're your thoughts on both?
I switched from the Daytona Sport to the Step Up. Its noticeably forward from the Daytona and the rear supports the lower back and locks you in much better. Im not sliding off the rear of the bike. As far as sitting me higher, that I don't notice.
