Angry Speedometer not working

I just bought a 2013 street bob with a thundermax tuner on it. The guy I bought it from said that the speedometer just went out so before i bought it I did some research and saw that most people have a problem with the speed sensor and that it was a simple fix. So i bought the bike cleaned of the speed sensor and that didn't solve my issue. I then replaced it and that didn't fix it either. I then bought a used speedometer and that didn't fix it either. I don't know if it being a used speedometer is making it so it doesn't work or what is going on. I checked for voltage going to the speed sensor and got 5v from the power and the ground is good. Maybe it has something to do with the thundermax tuner? Any ideas are welcome. The speedometer doesn't display speed, the odometer doesn't change, neither of the trip meters work and the turn signals do not self cancel. The tachometer works however. I believe that is is unrelated but i am getting 2 DTC's for the BCM. TIA

I think you need to check the gauge wiring for voltage and signal. No speed displayed? What kind of speedo does it have?

Disconnect the battery and pull the main 40a fuse. Use a continuity tester and check BOTH side of the Main Fuse. I had the same problem with my 07 Dyna with 98,000+ on it. Drove me completely NUCKINGFUTS for 3 days!!!! 1 wire from the fuse side to the starter was broken. Replaced and re-routed the wire. Problem GONE.

No speed, odemeter, trip, and the self cancelling turn signals don't work. It's the OEM one with a PN of 67478-12.

If I'm doing it correctly (sticking both leads of my multimeter in the front and then the rest socket for the fuse) then this does not seem to be the problem

I'd check continuity for all of the wires going from the ECM to the speedometer.

Perhaps he swapped out the ecm and the ecm thinks you're trying to alter the Odo.

What are your BCM codes?B1200? BCM controls the turn signals.
