I've had a modified Cycle Visions In-Close plate mount on mine for several years. Holding up perfectly. It's swingarm mounted.

I know that's not a Dyna, but you get the idea.

You could also try one like this (https://www.ebay.com/itm/99-05-Harle...QAAOSwmFVdshH1) or this (https://www.ebay.com/itm/1978-1998-H...QAAOSw9yldP3ey), which replaces the derby cover to include the license plate on it. I've seen others that mount to the same derby place, but don't replace the derby cover, too.
