My 2005 Dyna Wide Glide with EFI sat for a couple of years and has bad gas. It turns over but won't start. I am assuming that the fuel pump is shot as a minimum and will need to be replaced with the fuel filter and regulator. What else will likely need replacing: injectors, check valve, etc.?
Take the advise above, don't assume anything -- troubleshoot. If you're not so good at that, there's no shame in taking it to the dealer where trained professionals are ready to help.
Agreed on some fresh gas and plugs (or at least clean the plugs in there). Start simple and work your way back. It probably wouldn't hurt to run some Seafoam or Techron through there as well. You might luck out.
