Went to my local indy today.
I asked if he new the Red Thunder exhaust. Look around the corner he answered.
He just installed one for a client.
According to him the pipes doesn’t get that hot,so maybe a support shield isn’t necessary.He also told that the sound is excellent.
When he received the package with the exhaust, his first thought was that they had only sent the pipes because the package was so light . So a good weight reduction.
Both the exhaust and the support bracket looks like good quality .
If you get heat shields- make sure to replace all hose clamps with HD. All mine broke, almost lost lower shield on freeway - good thing I have replace one of clamps before, heat shield was hanging out on dragging on the road.
Love the pipe - but those clamps are super cheap chinesium
