I would like to see some pictures of different ape hangers on Wide Glides. I want to find bars that match the width of the triple trees. HD ape hangers match perfectly, but they lack enough pull back for my taste. These are 16"s, and will be for sale. Thanks.
I dont have a wide glide. But most websites list the center width of bars, so you can match the distance between forks, and compare against the pull back specs of your current bars
Thank you for the input. These bars are HCC 16". They show them as 10.5" center width. A wide glide frontend is about 11". As you can see, the bars are much wider than the frontend. Too bad, because I really liked the pull back - looked great and very comfortable. I just would prefer them to match the frontend on the bottom. I am curious about how the Burly narrow bottom bars look, and also the Khrome Werks bars. 16". Thanks again.

Very interesting. In the first picture that you posted they look like a perfect match, but in the second one they definitely look wider.
Apologies. For clarification, the first picture is of the Harley Davidson 16" bars that I have on it now. And yes the width is a perfect match. The trouble is, the HD bars only have 4" pullback. The second picture is of the Hill Country Choppers 16" handlebars I had on it prior. They were too wide at the bottom (for my taste) - but have a lot of pullback and were way more comfortable and also looked better with the pullback they have. I want the best of both worlds of course. The HD bars are my fourth set, so maybe I'm the problem. Here is a side profile of the HCC bars. Thanks.
