Anyone interested, its been warmer than it should be for almost Christmas! I have been riding every day its not raining (just had a HUGE rain storm) so I am finally back to testing and tweaking. I made further improvements to the following tables:
WITH the Cobra EFI in place (for now), and its running FLAWLESSLY! I am amazed at how these few little tweaks have improved my ride! I plan to fix the AFR maps and remove the piggyback systems in the spring, but for the rest of the winter riding, I will do it in parallel (piggyback cobra with modifying the ECU with the PV4)! I am basically just fixing / changing the stock Harley crap I dont like and what didn't run properly (it sure does now)!
I am cherry picking the dynojet tunes and the FM tunes for the best of both worlds (without touching the AFR because the piggybacks handle it), but I am tweaking pretty much everything else (spark / timing / ETC).

Latest update, Lucas from FM is engaged with me and we're beginning the tune fixup. I'll keep everyone posted but my test drives are getting less and less lengthy as it gets colder and colder. I'm still riding daily (at least the 1.5 miles to my kid's house) so it's not a long trip, but a good quick test drive for changes (after warmup).

While I work with FM, I mounted the PV4 permanently in the fuse cover, connected to the diagnostic port all the time so I can log and more importantly, live monitor. I have a handlebar mount for my old Pixel 5 that is used for GPS and now monitoring live data, it's awesome:
Mounting the tuner inside the fuse cover was a great idea because it's now always on and always ready to flash a tune, or log data. Plus I am using my old Pixel 5 permanently mounted to my bars for GPS and live monitoring so I'm REALLY happy with my PV4 so far! Sure, as others pointed out, it lacks auotoune and things like it (for now) but with the software and PV4, I'm able to manually modify almost every aspect and detail of my ECM and config so what else would I ever need in a tuner! With the software (power core), and my tune saved to the cloud/phone, I can edit it all day long until it's perfect then test drive and save the info to help others!
What more could any engineer like me, want in a tuner?! Nothing, I would NEVER use any auto tune function (even if it existed and was free on the PV4), it would NEVER be used. I'm a DIY guy, so if I can't figure it out, I learn it inside and out, so auto tune, no thanks, I'll just learn the best I can to achieve it myself! Then I can help others in the same situation but first, I need to understand it all and learn it all so it's a work in progress but I'm already underway! I do the same thing with android and open source software, I either learn the software, or recode it (or parts of it) and make it to my liking, then I can help others achieve the same thing. It's no different than writing code for software, or designing a new infrastructure, it doesn't exist prior, so I have to learn everything and design something that does work (whether it is new code, or an entirely new app, or a brand new infrastructure built from scratch), it's all the same principles. I just need to get up to speed with my EFI tuning skills and corelate it to the power core tuning software and make it perfect. Once I'm at that point, I can help others and work my way into becoming an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
This is the main reason I don't undertake new architecture or new software, as I have to learn it inside and out before I can help so it takes a lot of work to get there. I do plan to be decent at this by the end of next season (after riding, learning, tweaking, and so on) so bear with me but I'll get there eventually!
---EDIT, the more I ride my dyna, with the PV4 changes to modify certain engine characteristics, the more I love my EFI dyna but SHHESH, over the years I turned into a MAJOR wimp! I dont even hit 6,000RPM's (and haven't yet) at least not that I can see/tell (prior to tach --> AKA PV4 with live monitors). I have YET to hit my RPM limiter (over 10,000 miles last season) and NOT ONCE did I hit it! WHAT THE HELL happened to me?! I used to crank out MAJOR RPMs / MPH but in my older years, I dont, I dont even do the speed limit anymore. I guess 30+ years of (legal) riding (plus 40+ not legally riding) was enough, and I guess I got old and scared and grew out of the need for speed!
I am LOVING my PV4, for that simple reason, ENGINE MONITORING!!!! I am having a blast now, and I CANNOT wait for next spring to REALLY get into her!!! I am also lowering the front sprocket from stock 34 tooth, to a comp eliminator, 32 tooth, this will get me the desired, low end torque and low-end ***** to the wall power I am seeking. As noted, I dont speed, at all, so top end RPM/speed wont ever be an issue (I no longer do 500+ mile rides). I now only do less than 50 mile rides (to LBI --> AKA Jersey Shore) so I just want low end, POWER with off the line, rip roaring power!!! With my PV4 + the 32 tooth sprocket, I do plan to have a blast with torque and make a screaming dyna!!!!! I cant wait, and hopefully FM will sort out my tune issues before I change sprockets so that doesn't become another issue
