01 dyna cutting out
(2001 wide glide 88 twin cam carburetor) Long story short I got my gas tank media blasted and the ******** must not have covered all the holes because when I received it back it was full of media blast. I cleaned the tank out multiple times put a new petcock filter in and an in-line fuel filter. It was going good for a long time. Just would change the in-line filter once in a while. Now all of a sudden at random times the bike will slowly bog down and shut off. Sometimes if I wake the throttle itll be fine but eventually it dies. I dont think its anything electrical. Does anyone have a good way to fully filter this gas tank out? Its driving me nuts.

Do you still have the OEM Vacuum petcock? If so it may have been compromised by the debris.....
When you had the tank media blasted, did they get all the old liner off? Did you reline the interior of the tank? It wouldn't be the first case I've heard of a tank being relined and the new liner material failing quickly... That's why I left mine bare after the OEM liner peeled and I removed it...
In any case, sounds like it's time to check the tank again for debris, and disassemble the vacuum petcock and/or the carb for a good cleaning/rebuild... Luckily, both are pretty easy to do...
