Changed 2013 FXDF Fat Bob incandescent turn signal & Running lights to(Eagle Lights) LED’s. I’m having issues, All turn signals & running lights are operating normally. Here’s the issue on the dash Signals flash correctly for 2 flashes then go rapidly. Bike keeps throwing codes LT & RT Turn signals circuit open, HD has replaced the ECM & BCM, No change. A few day’s ago they connected it to the Digital Tech and changed a BCM setting. Said it would take a while for BCM to learn the LED’s. Several rides later No change, I have tried multiple methods of correcting it. HD said said bike should not need any sort of resistor’s or equalizers due to it having a BCM. If anyone takes the time to read this entire message I appreciate it, Thank you. Any suggestions are very welcome, I’m just frustrated with problem been dealing with it for 1 year, Ughhhhh. do you think I can still add the equalizer, Without toasting anything?

 

Might have to get a load equalizer. I had to get one for my 2008 FatBob. It plugs right into harness .

 

IIRC, 2012 and after Dynas are CANBUS. 2008 needed a LE but your 2013 shouldn't.
