Does anyone know if the older Screamin Eagle II slip ons are much louder than stock pipes? I have an opportunity to get some...they are the ones they don't make now and the dealerships supposely don't sell anymore, not the new style.

I have a set on my bike. They are definitely louder than stock. I like 'em.

Got a set up in the attic, they were loud! I finally got wise and got the V&H BSS which are even louder.

Moderately loud but not obnoxiously loud. IMO they make the bike sound really nice.

Loud enough to give you a headache after an hour of driving. Yea they are a lot louder than stock.
