Tmax Help!...FIXED

..but thought I'd throw this out to my Dyna brothers. Any ideas why my Front and Rear AFR monitors are showing a 9.30 AFR - despite a target of 13.0 - when the bike is running? Yes, I've initialized and checked connections and checked to make sure closed loop is turned on, etc, etc. I'm using base map 393 (as I've seen other Dyna owners with similar setups use successfully).
I'm at a loss..
