The tires may not be a factor but the pressure being low could cause this. You had tires replaced 1000 miles ago, but if that was last fall for example, the pressure could be low by now.
Also agree it could have chucked a wheel weight.

When some new problem pops up then you should think about something that you've had done recently. You got the tires changed then check things like the balance dot lined up, wheel spokes tight (torqued to 55 in lbs), wheel balanced properly. Check thingslike this first before doing more difficult things.
