Has anyone had their speedometer get mosture inside the lens?
Had my Bobber parked outside for a few hours at night and the dew
was pretty bad. After wiping it off I noticed the moisture under the lens.
Would this be covered under warranty? IF not, any way of fixing the problem?
I would hate to see what will happen if I ever get caught in the rain.
there is a huge difference between water proof and resistant. resistant is,"well, water could get in....." water proof is,"no way could water get in."
if i were u, i would definately make some waves to the dealer. its bran new and should not be doing this. the gasket that goes around the bezel prolly has been pinched or compromised some how. easy fix though.if they won't repair it just put a new gasket in it.

What do you want after spending $20,000, perfection? It's hard to believe what we put up with to own a Harley especially after spending that much money, and it's also hard to believe that Harley can't fix the problem. We haven't had any rain or moisture for so long in the Phoenix Metro area that I don't know if mine would have that problem or not.
Yeah it has happened to mine. I got pissed at first but it dried out on it's own...then I had a little spider find it's way in there. He rode the needle for awhile and spun a little web. He found his way out and the web is gone.
