Well I bought the BCT “qq” quiet baffles and fitted them last night, they are still very load but with a lot deeper note, I think on the hole it has been a result for me ‘cos I was thinking of changing my pipes because they just didn’t sound right…anyway, I have tried to put a link to the video so you can an idea of the change. Hope it works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfdCIy8_S7A
RE: Big radius fitted with BCT "\\\\\\;QQ"\\\\\\; quite baffles
That's odd. My bob with the same pipes sounds more like your 'after'. I have a PCIII USB on mine with air cleaner though. I wonder if that's all it is.

Yes Gaffy. they are held in by a 6mm screw. you will have to drill the holes but its not a problem and your heat shield will cover it up, the only problem i had was getting the old baffles out.

Nice! I didn't care for the raspy sound of the big radius but with those baffles it sounds awesome, way deeper tone. Great idea putting the before and after clips in one video. Thanks for sharing.
