Yes I do, all the time, and for many of the reasons I've seen here. My oldest son managed to wad up his CBR954 and that $600 helmet saved him (as well as all that other protective gear). He was able to walk away and said he learned from example.

Full face flip-up helmet 100% of the time. Too old to battle bugs and wind.

Full face 95% of the time. I have a half helmet that I use sometimes when riding with friends. Only problem with the FF is other people can't hear you when you're trying to talk at stop lights. Always wear the armour jacket, regardless of temp.

Bugs and wind are part of the experience, geeezzzzz.... Drive a cage....

I only wear one if required by law. We should be free to choose.

Talking Helmet

Yep, I don't have enough sense to lose any more!

I have an open face that I wear most of the time, a full face for rain or cold and a half helmet for when it's really hot.

I wear my full-face helmet when traveling longer distances (Bike Week, Harley's 105th, etc.), rain and cold weather. Otherwise, usually not.

I live in Central Texas, no helmet law. I wear one and made myself a promise to wear one. To each his own. One thing that I do not understand is some of you say that you only wear one on long trips. I have found that the most danger of getting hit is in a commute ride. I live in an area that has a lot of college students and they have one thing on thier minds and it is not watching for motorcycles. Here in College Station we have at least one accident a month involving bikes. I have to admit that it is mostly crotchrockets, and sometimes a death or two. There have been cruisers hit but not as many. Here most of the crotchrockets try and go from 0 to 100 between lights and do the wheel stands. Most helmets are not that expensive. The ones that say the helmet bothers them, try using a do-rag under the helmet. It helps with the helmet rattle and also soaks up the sweat and keeps your head cooler after getting wet. If you do this the neck strap does not need to be that tight.
Sorry to rant bit I am a cop and have picked up to many people with head injuries and with a helmet that may have had a chance to live a long life.
