any tuning for new pipes??
what kind of tuning will i need to do to my computer when i install my vance and hines short shots? a guy told me today it had to be programmed or something, or it might run different.

Jordon you are going to need a tuner. Several different brands. PCIII ,SERT and V&H fuelpack. Do a search there will be enough info to read that your eyes will bleed. Good luck. You will also need to change your air filter to do everything right also do a search on that.

Check out Fuel Moto. They have a package for the Dyna that includes a stage 1 air filter kit, a set of Rush pipes and a Power Commander already pre-loaded with a good map for about $625 shipped. I know lots of guys that have ordered PCIII's for the Suzuki V-Strom from these guys with good results.

You can change the pipes and not need a tuner or download as long as you don't change to a high flow air cleaner.
If you do the full stage one, you will need something to richen up the AFR.
