I went with 12.5" Wild One Chubbies as well. I have a list of cable part numbers and prices if you want it. I spent less than $100 for black throttle/idle and clutch cables, and a stainless Russel Brake line from Jirehcycles.com
The bars fit without swapping out the Street Bob cables, but it was tight and didn't allow me to tilt the bars forward. I had to run it like that for a little while until my cables came in.
Here is what I ordered from Jireh to mount my 12.5" apes:
49-227 Russell 52" Brake line (comes with washers) $39
48-752 Pro Motion 39.5" Throttle Cable $11 (could go about 35" instead)
48-753 Pro Motion 39.5" Idle Cable $11 (could go about 35" instead)
48-664 Pro Motion 72" Clutch Cable $19
You will also need a Novello wiring extension kit, probably an 8", unless you want to cut, extend, stagger, solder, and heat-shrink your own.

thanks man, ive been going through your old posts trying to make sure I got the right part numbers, much appreciated!!
on my st bob... i went from stock to a total of 16.5 rise on my bob... re routed cables ran internal wires, and redid the brake line and kept all the stock set up.. that was 3 years ago now...
Yup, Devils right.....I'm a dumba$$ I missed the part where you said you have a 2006fxdi. I just assumed you were talking about a St. Bob, because everyone should have a St. Bob. LOL
instead of apes how bout some tall risers and a drag bar....sweet!
Cables are not expensive at all If you get black ones... many times a stock cable for another bike is just what you need. If it were me I would get the bars/risers of choice then see what you need. You may only need a clutch cable or you might need them all. the good thing about getting the bars and measuring off what you have is you do not end up with way too much cable or not enough.
THANKS ALOT!! That is the info I was hoping for. All part numbers are all written down. You made this project very easy for me. Thanks again. By the way, nice bike.
