For me, I select the type of bike and baffle from the drop-down menu above the media player and it plays the video with sound. Perhaps you need to download the Windows Media Player?

I have three different web browsers. It only seems to work in internet explorer. Any chance your using a different browser?

I'm no expert and pretty new at this game but I just went with 1.75 RUSH slip-ons and a Stage I for my previously stock '09 Fatbob.
I couldn't take sitting in front of my computer anymore listening to their nice sound on their web site. So I broke down and pulled the trigger.
Yeah, it won't work unless you have Internet Explorer.
Local dealer installed 1.75 RUSHes, heavy flow AC and their HD download, which they highly recommended. Haven't heard it yet they are supposed to drop it off (part of their winter pick up $ drop off deal) this week.
