installing 16 in nash gimps and wondering if anyone else on here knew what size cables(throttle, clutch brake) they used. for lack of a better term i'm going ape chit trying to figure out this +2, +3, +10 BS.
Brake line: 52" single piece hose. (measured from master cylinder to caliper)
Clutch 73 11/16". Cable adjuster is located at 31 1/2" up from the transmission cover.
Sorry, I don't have the full length measurements for throttle and idle cables. Didn't measure the new ones before I installed them. All I remember is that they were 6" longer than my stock cables. But my stockers are going to be different than yours, since I had the 12" mini apes stock on my SB. Wish I could help you more.
I remember how much I hated shopping for cables when I installed mine!
Just installed 16" apes on my SG and I got +10 on throttles and +8 on the clutch and brake.
Peace, Donnie
Yeah, but your 16" are much bigger than gimps. I built my bars to similar dim. as the gimps and went +6 on clutch, throttle and idle. +4 would have looked better IMO. My brake line is 50" + the banjo fittings makes it just about right.

Per HD website, stock SB throttle/idle cables are 32.5" housing length, so +6" would be 38.5".
thanks guys it was a weird fit cause of the way i wanted to run them and after my 3rd trip to harley and a few days delivery time they're on and look great.
