A friend of mine just had his Fatbob done with Rush slipons, an HD heavy breather, and the download - had it dyno'd and got 76hp and 93 torque.
If you want good and loud sound don't go with the HD slipons, they are not very loud at all. Most people like the sound of Rush, and you can pick different baffles for sound levels. I've heard the 2.25" which are very loud, and the 1.75" which are not so bad but still loud when you hit it.
I Just had my bike done a 09 Super Glide with a PC V and SE Heavy Breather and I have the Rush 1.75" slip on's, My HP was 75.5 and the Tourqe was 85.5 Dealer did the Tuning Link deal. One thing with the Rush Slip on's I noticed was when I put them on at first I was dissapointed with the sound but give them a hundred miles to break in and you won't be sorry. I went with the 1.75" because I put them on before the power commander V and the Heavy Breather and had to problems with the running of the bike.
Your numbers are efected alot by your elevation, Temp, humidity etc. etc. The average Stage 1 I found is usually anywhere in the 73-78HP range & 83-95ft-ibs depending on your combination. I'm running VH Big Shots, BCT Baffles, Big Sucker, & a PC3 and I made 74HP & 85FT-Ibs.
I really think you will be pleased a stage one at minimum, I have the SE filter, Rush 1.75 and PC V from fuel moto, no dyno near here to test but it was worth every penny to me and with some ebay time I did it all for under $600.
