No, doesn't feel sticky. It handles bumps and such like a rock though. Twisties feel good but normal riding is worse than before.
Did you use the 15wt and you did add the correct amount of oil?
Might try the 10wt.
Maybe pull the tube assemblies and push down on them to see if they are freely moving up and down, you might want to go ahead and take them apart. I would have them send you some replacements if they are still tight and recheck using the new set. They should pop out when you pump the forks a few times from oil pressure. If they don't, you can remove the damper tube screw and probably bang them out with a aluminum rod or some sort of soft round rod to bang on the damper tube so you don't screw up the threads. I disagree with the tolerance issue since the damper tube has to ride in the same area as the intiminator, it would also be extremely tight and I bet Ricor is using the H-D damper tube seal on the intiminator. Does not make sense to me that they are so tight that you had to bang them in. Mine went in easy by pushing them down with the use of the spring.

I had to replace the right slider assemby because it was out of round due to the bushing moving around instead of being pressed fit like it should be. I found it when I took the forks apart to inspect them.
Thanks for the info! I think I am going to take mine apart and inspect the bushings, it does sound as if it is coming from the fork. 17K, I might as well replace the bushings anyway if there is not a problem with the housing. I had a clunking complaint that the dealer addressed with the washer TSB and it did not help. Hopefully they will do as your dealer did and warranty the housing if it is bad.

Before I tear these apart, when you disassembled yours did the slider tube just slide out easy? Just asking because in order to remove the upper bushings, etc. you have to slide hammer them out with the slider tube. I assume your right side slid out quite easy since the only resistance would be the seal. If I need to bang on them to get the sliders out that would be an indication that the fit is ok.
No, mine did not slide out easy, I had to slide hammer it apart...I'm assuming it was the lower bushing causing the resistance.
