Does anyone know when they will unveil the 2007 models, and I would like to hear everyones predictions on what, if any, changes you think might be done to the Dyna line up. I personally think the only change will be to go with a wider tire, like the 180 or possibly even a 200 like on the softails. The Motor Company has been changing something every year, even if it's very minor.
HD really needs to offer a softail model with a 260 to 280 rear, SE engine package, and a raked front end. Add a low profile custom strut rear fender with the 6 speed, which all models will probably have next year, and you'd have a bike that the MoCo could price at $20,000+ and still be less than a Thunder Mountain or Titan, etc. Think about all the custom builders that use softail frames. I can't believe the MoCo doesn't grab all that money from those doctor's and lawyer's who can afford a $35,000 custom. Plus Victory has all their bikes with a 250 rear and the new 100ci motor. Not to mention Yamaha/Star's 113!!! I'm not saying chase the other manufacturers, but have a little imagination, por favor.

They have the platforms but should put the 95" standard and 103's in the baggers. HD is kinda getting killed in the bike comparisons when 1450 is considered a middleweight bike these days. Even with the displacement disadvantage, the TC still gets good writeups but the bar has been raised and 7 years without a bump....well, you gotta keep up a bit!
ORIGINAL: but Ill try 2 try
