Can any one tell me the best way to wire up a oil temp. gauge (none fairing mount) three wire.
Have dyna and found plenty info on sender placement but always talking about using existing wires.

if you have the parst book for the fat bob you will see that there are 3 plugs in the oil pan i havent looked real close but any of the should work and all should be the same thread

hallgood, where are you mounting the gauge??
What brand is the gauge??
3 wires??
one.... 12 volt keyed.
two.... ground.
third wire is ????
I always try to pickup power and ground nearby.
Or, under the seat there are several options there.
