Well stevengb....I NEVER mentioned any pictures... but since you asked/guessed;
Willie G., his wife, and son Bill. Picture taken morning of Aug 16th 2009. Willie is holding a "challenge-coin" which had just been given to him by E. Land, a U.S. State Dept Official, whose family I had lived with during my tenure with the Marine Corps Rifle Team from 1998-2003. (I'm now retireddisabled Vet USMC 1983-2005), hence the invite that afforded me the coincidental opportunity to be a part of this "get-together".
BTW... Thanks everyone for the welcome aboard! (sarcasm) ! Guess I'd be leary of anything that sounded like a tall tale too.
If anyone ever wondered, they (the Davidsons) are very gracious and as personable a group of folks as I'd always heard.
well now you have me feeling bad. Thanks for your service. There are some mighty tall tales told around here so excuse my sarcasm. I'm jealous...I'd love to eat breakfast with the Davidsons and have their ear for a bit!

Ahh don't sweat it. They say most people tell 2 or 3 lies in the first ten minutes after they meet someone... I'm saving my lies for later. Kidding.

oK....either my browser isn't showing the pic or you didn't post it. But the feeling I get from your "since you mentioned it..." response, I expected to see a pic. Also, thank you for your service. It's much appreciated.

I like the flames and the rake, but not the bars, and that exhaust has GOT to go. It's not bad overall though, but I like the old-school WG look much better.
hmmmmmmmmmm first post and this is the thread picked....
can you say T...R...O...L....L..... LOL
I'm a T-R-O-L-L for answering the poll? Is it wrong to have inherited a WG last week and joined this forum? Please direct me to a thread where the first response to my first post won't be so horribly received. Thought my post was honest and candid. Sorry if that makes Stevengb call a gal names. Nice to make your aquaintance Stevengb (is the "gb" for gal-basher ?) Won't be back.
gungle and cleeford....................since you are both typing from the same computer can you tell me why you are arguing with each other? We have software here to let us know when a member has more than one login to HDF. It also lets us know if more than one member are using the same computer. Please shoot me a pm to explain this.
