I like it alot but it needs stock apes... wide glide never had drag bars stock, wide glide was the last chopper (sorry rocker dudes)
+1.......It looks like a cross between a Night Train, a Street Bob, and a FatBob to me. Maybe a Dyna Night Glide? or Dyna Wide Bob? I have always loved the Wide Glide. It has always reminded of what Harley riders rode when I grew up in the 70's and 80's. I guess I will have to see if this new Wide Glide grows on me. It does have some potential, but I am resistant to change, especially on such traditional models like the Wide Glide.
Not really a lot of difference Bars, Rear fender, Pipes, Seat about all I see.
And a **** load of chrome. Some of us like chrome and aren't into the black thing. If you started making a list what it would take to chrome all the pieces they changed to black - cha ching...
The price point is great and I do like the bike. The 180 tire and side mount plate are stellar. I'm even ok with the fender. Bars & pipes? Nah, but that's easy.
If I would have gotten a sneak peak at this bike before I knew what it was called, Wide Glide would NOT have come to mind.
