Default 2010 CVO Fat Bob

After being hit by a 16 yr old a month ago on my Suzuki m50, I'm expected to receive some insurance $$$. I'm in love with the new CVO Fat Bob and was wondering if anyone of you are "dealership street smart" and know if I could get some kind of deal on a $25,399 bike with cash in hand? You guys think these CVO's are worth it? Thanks and ride careful!

It's hard enough to get a deal on a 2010 bike so soon, much less a CVO which there will be no more than 1300 made. Despite the economy, there are still a lot of Harley dealers that act like they're doing you a favor selling at MSRP. I think your best bet negotiating would be to see what accessories they'll throw in (or discount), or maybe waive the freight/setup fees or something.

The CVO FatBob is very nice indeed. Find a Harley Owners Group member and borrow their tour book so you can get the phone #'s of all the dealers you would be willing to travel to pick up the bike. Call them and tell them you have 25K cash in hand. Prices vary significantly between dealers and areas. You may have to fly out of state.

Might be hard to find a deal on a 2010 but may get one pretty easy on a 09 one.

Dealer I bought my bike from has about 5 09 CVO Fatbobs still.

I think you could probably buy a generic 2010 Fat Bob and accessorize it to match the CVO for a fraction of the cost...
