This thing sounds great. The title says the stock baffles are removed but I want to see if there is anymore info. The only way I see to remove them is to drill the rivet.
yes hes a member, someone else will chime in on his name as i dont know it.. he removed the stock baffles and has BCT Baffles installed in the headpipes..
thats what i thought was done but I wanted to check. Its sounds great on the video but I am sure its super loud. My sportster had hooker troublemakes so I am assuming the sound will be around the same.

It is very, very loud. I love it, but my dad (09 Street Glide with Jackpot Slip-ons, Fuelmoto AC and PC-V) can't ride it - too loud for him. I've also learned to keep it quiet around cops, because it certainly doesn't even sound legal. If you have cops that give people a hard time because of exhaust noise, I definitely wouldn't do it. That being said, I do have the most badass sounding Harley on the road, so for me the tradeoff was worth it.
I punched out the stock baffles, which was easy. Each pipe has three rivets that you need to drill out and then the baffle pretty much slides out. The hard part is drilling the hole to anchor the new baffle into the head-pipes. The top pipe wasn't too hard to do, but the bottom was a pain in the butt - I had to get out the bike jack and literally crawl and contort myself underneath the bike/jack with the drill in order to get that second hole drilled.
Hey Bklanecky,
I've been thinking about putting the same Mustang seat on my 09 Fatbob. How do you like it? How about your passenger? Thanks for any info nice Bike!!! Jake

I love it. Butt starts to get a little restless at right around the 200 mile mark, but usually that's a great time to stop for gas too. Girlie likes the backrest but hasn't put any serious distance on it (never more than 40 miles, yet) - says she'd be a lot more comfortable with boards and a sissy bar, but she likes the seat.
I would really like to do this on my 2010 Wide Glide but I don't have a jack so I doubt I could get it done. What about inspections and stuff? Would I ever run into trouble if I needed to get one?

Has anyone else done this?
you shouldnt need a jack to work on the exhaust. Inspections really depend on you area and if there are any laws about noise or whatever. You could always screw them back in come inspection time.
