I looked at the HD Touring seat side by side in the HD manual against the Sundowner and they look nearly similar but with one exception. There seems to be a different slope from the driver to the rider position. This is going to affect driver position even more to the front I think, but I would encourage you to do your own evaluation. Also if my memory serves me correctly the Touring seat is only 15" wide for the driver and the Sundowner is 16".....may give that some thought as well

It looks like the same one I have. It looks good on the bike and is ok for short rides. But... When Wifey and I do a lot of miles, she gets uncomfortable and wiggly. I think I'll get the wider pad in addition to the narrow one.
