If you saw my other thread my sidemount plate bracket broke today.
I think I am going to go with the Kury Horizontal plate mount but curious if anyone is running it and what they think. If have a vertical version your thoughts will help as well.
I like the Rotoplate from Top down but its almost twice the price. A buddy has one on his V-Rod and its very well made but looks better Horizontal as it sticks out a little to far when its vertical.

I replied to your other thread. I see you are familiar with the Roto-Plate Product. Not sure if your friend has the Roto-Plate or Roto-Plate Jr, but thought I would mention, if you do not require a Brake Light, the Jr is a little slimmer and can hang a bit closer to the bike. The product, as you mentioned, is well made and engineered to last! Each part is machined from a solid piece of 6061 Billet Aluminum. The high stressed parts are made from 300 series Stainless Steel. Like I said...built to last! You will not be disappointed with this products. If I can be of any further help, please feel free to contact me.

He has the the Jr. on his, its the V-Rod from IL you have pictures on your website of. Like I said I like your mount and I am the one that recommended it for him to buy after i saw it on here.
Since I want mine Horizontal all the time its a bit high if not taking advantage of being able to rotate it. Only real complaint is since it needs room to rotate it sticks out a little far when its vertical. Anyone looking to be able to run it either way though its a great product.

First, thanks for the referral. Never really know where they come from or how customers get to us. Good to know, so thanks!
As for the mounting, yes, you are right. If you have no plans to switch between horizontal and vertical, there are other options at a lower cost. No sense in paying for an option that will not get put to use.

I was going to make the last one when I found the bracket that broke cheap. It seemed solid but I guess it was to much vibration for it. I liked how the last one looked but decided I wanted one all chrome this time so going to have to pay a little to get that.
