I got a Leathermen Rebel (leather) Solo about a month ago. Like it very much!! It has the "Gel" which a lot of people don't like because of heat retention, it has'nt bothered me yet.

I loved my Bare Bones but find I enjoy riding a lot more with my Solo Sundowner even short in town rides. I now tend to take the long way home, time permitting. I think everyone though needs to own a Bare Bones, its an experience.

Ok I'm taking my chances on the Bare Bones. I ordered it today off eBay. I don't plan on doing long trips with the dyna but if I do and it's more than my @$$ can handle I could always throw on the stock seat. Thanks everyone for your input.
