Bought my first Dyna
Well I did it. Im now a member of the Dyna family also.
I want to thank all of you that replied to my Dyna vs Softail thread. It really helped me make the final decision along with the killer looks of the new FXDWG.
Just signed all the paper work, wrote the check and will be picking the bike up at 2PM today.
2010 Harley Dyna FXDWG in Red Hot Sun Glow
It came down to the black with the orange flames on the tank and the red hot sunglow and I let the wife make the final decision since she did not freak too much over buying the third motorcycle. Actually she is very excited about it and I think she may want to ride it herself sometime in the future.
Ill post some pictures later tonight and my thoughts on the bike and the way it handles. Ill have a 30 mile ride home and Im looking forward to it. I just have to remember that there is no ABS and I have to put my toe under the shifter! This will also be the first Harley I have ridden with throttle cables and Im anxious to see if there is much difference between it and the electronic throttles on the baggers I have.
