Default SERT Problem?
Just recieved my SERT for my bob and I have hooked it up to three different computers that I use the serial ports on a daily basis and the unit is still coming up non responsive![:@] anyone else have this issue? Or is there some trick that I should know about?

also make sure your ignition key is turned on and the run button on your bike is on

yeah, that "Run" button has claimed many a victim in the past. Gotta turn the key on AND have that switch on.

yep,.......LOL nearly claimed me,........ok...ok...ok... it kinda claimed me, but luckily I figured it out before I went ranting to the dealer,........LOL
