I wish I would have just done the work necessary to get my bike back on the road when my drive belt snapped. Nope. I decided to try and tackle every single thing I wanted to change about the bike at one time. Now, 6 months later, my bike is in a hundred pieces with shiny new parts everywhere, including the new belt that has yet to be installed. I'm not far from finishing, but had I just fixed what was wrong and worried about the other **** later, I could have been riding this whole time.

just didn't like it.... was a pain in the **** to install, could never get it tuned properly, guzzled all my gas, and was a pain in the **** to get out

Thinking of Changing Handle bars ?
Be very careful what you choose and make sure you mock them up as best you can.
Until your bars are off and the new one fitted you aint going to know for sure that you have made the right choice , what looks great on someone elses ride doesnt mean they will suit you or the bike.
I went through 3 sets before finding a set that looked ok and were comfortable each time having to pay labour and the for the bars.
1st set beach bars - awful and uncomfortable.
2nd set Chubby apes , looked rubbish and were a nightmare at high speeds.
3rd and final set Roland sands , expensive but i love them.

I regret not asking Judy Dunlap out on a date when I was 18. She was the redhaired freckled face girl on the next block who had a mega-crush on me and I dissed her to the max. Saw her again when she was 22 and she looked like Megan Fox with red hair.
