Sigs look great man! Im assuming you had no probs gettin it done?
No it was easy you left great instructions. I used cardboard, angle grinder with cutting disk and my bench grinder and die grinder to smooth things out. A band saw would have made things a little easier. This was easier then the damn bars!!
Just ran out to my bike... I dont hear a click, click, click... like you do in a car, but I do hear once relay click when I turn them one then another click when I turn them off.
Yes it sucks ***** and I just went out there and the brake light doesn't illuminate when pressed either!! I hope I don't have to pull off the bars and wiring!!
bars look good what did you lengthen the wiring with? both front brake and foot brake dont work? if the wiring had shorted in the bars it would have blown a fuse maybe whatever you lengthened with came undone or at the switch housing!good luck i shorted mine first time i switched bars 2nd time was a charm though.

Oh and no blown fuses!!
Mine did the same thing, had running lights headligh and taillights but no signals or brake. Short in controls caused accessorie fuse to blow. Check for pinched wire in controls. had to really look hard to find my pinched wire.

I haven't tried the front brake because I don't have the front wheel on and I heard it's a PIA to open the calipers back up. I pulled all the fuses and they look good. I didn't have to lengthen any wire, but I had to splice and solder the wires to fit through the bars because of the tips.

I hope it's in the controls and not the wiring in the bars, crap!! Definitely a next weekend project. So much for getting to the 21" next weekend!
