I changed the sigs on my wifes bike and had a wire gound out and it blew the TSSM I sure hope this didn't happen to you, you should see if you can get a code to come up. If you didn't use extentoins maybe you put the wires back in the connector wrong, I would check that first.

Scroll down to the FTW pullbacks. THOSE are sick.
dude those are gonna be a bitch, wrap the wiring ends in electrical tape and be patient and you should get through, my problem usually is patience. they look pretty rad though!

Attach a couple small washers to a piece of twine and feed it through the bars. Then you'll have a "fish" to pull your wires through... Made it very easy on mine.

After I pulled my wires I used a simple continuity tester to check that none of them grounded out to the bars. Wiggle them and pull on them a little bit and check them again. Sounds paranoid but it beats the alternative.

Jaron, you got any plans to head to southern Idaho this spring/summer? We should hook up for a ride.

IMO it sounds like there's a missing ground somewhere. If i was there with a volt meter I know we'd find it.... But that doesn't help you much, sorry!

You can also use a shop-vac to pull the string through. Just remember to hold onto the end or you'll be looking for another piece of string. Then use the string to pull weed-eater string which is much stronger and as long as you taped it up well you can pull pretty hard through all the angles.

Lol.....when i got everything back together on mine i went to hit the run switch and f$$% horn was stuck on!!!! So i just unpluged it...lol
Rode around everything else was perfect...all lights switches ect.....
Three days later went out to start the thing....low-beam light wouldn't work, left turn-sig wouldn't flash. Pulled panel no fuses blown! If figured it had to be on the left control SOMEWHERE!! Removed the switch housing and started to pull the wires back out....ended up pulling the wires out of the connecters!!!! Had to internally re-wire the whole left side!!! What happend was one wire had worked it's self loose or my wires were just a little short!! So left them long and stuffed the back in!!!!
Enough about mine your ride looks sick as hell with those bars and sig relocate!!!!!!!!! You'll figure it out just get some more beer!!!!

looks great man nice work!!!... when i internally wire bars... i use a fan pull chain, the kind you have in any house, that falls right though any bars! even tigh rip z bars and clubmans! to lube the cables i use hair spray... ya i know may sound weird but it works awesome and then gets tacky and keeps the wires from moving around a whole bunch (may or may not but it works so i use it) after they are wired i use marine silicone and squirt that into the holes that are drilled, this keeps the wires from jiggling around and wearing through (shorting out) keeps water out so the bars do not rust fro the inside out.... just works.
sig relocation looks great man!
