Yep, I got all of the bolts out of the primary except for the last one. It is starting to strip now. Of course I already drained the primary fluid.. Now what should I do. I can tell you one thing the dealer tightened those bolts way past the recommended torque. Any ideas?

Damn, that sucks. In the past two weeks I've stripped a spark plug and a drain plug so I feel your pain. All I can offer really is sympathy though since I'm sure you already know about HeliCoil.
like mud said, last time this happened to me.i just took a flat screwdriver, put it on the bolt at about a 45 degree, then tapped on it with a hammer. it will break loose . i belive that is a #27 torx. i found a trick too, next time before you loosen the bolts... tap on the torx with a hammer. not to hard tho. once you get all this fixed, put on some anti-sieze on those threads for sure ..
This thing is in there so hard, It's not even budging. I tried to cut a notch and get a straight screwdriver in there, but no luck. Should I just bend the derby cover and break it off at the stuck bolt and then try to get that bolt out. I already am going to have to buy a derby cover due to it getting scratched up. I really don't know what to do at this point the bolt is chewed up.
thanks,
jdog
can you get a pair of vice grips on the bolt? I used a #27 torx on mine and they were pretty easy to come out(luckily)
If you want a stock derby cover, I just took mine off today. It's yours (with the bolts included) if you pay shipping

I've tried a chisel with a mallet vice grips, w-d 40 etc. What do you mean by drill the bolt out? I don't want to ruin the threads in the primary case cover. Wow these bolt heads are pretty soft.
