Why does everyone cover the numbers on their license plates in pictures? Not just this sight, but the news, T.V., advertisments etc. Seems weird considering I can look out my window and see millions of them in plain sight.
I know this is a stupid question, I just can't see the harm! School me!!!
Yeah, I never understood that either. I guess if someone sees my plate and tracks me down with cruel intentions they will have an AR-15 pointed at them, so its all good.
I guess it has to do with finding the location of a vehicle. Possible, that it might have to do with theft etc.. However I have seen a montage of various Harley vanity plates. I have one of my old plates hanging in a bar in Bangkok.
Really... What is the name of the Bar? Ahh - nevermind. There are a billion bars in Bangkok. Did you make it to Pattaya???

That's a good question. Is there a reason for me to go back and cover up the license plate on my posted pictures? Can't figure out why?
If someone wanted to steal a bike, much easier to take one from the street than go through my garage, my alarm, the bikes security, me (6'2" 245) and my Glock 9.
