Default Another ignition relo
Following the lead of several others here (thanks, guys!) I swapped the stock console on my 07 Street Bob for the 08 CVO chrome piece with dash mounted ignition switch. As they've all said, easy except for unplugging the connector from the original switch. The rest is a piece of cake. Here's the original and a few of the new:

Looks good, I want to add the switch to the stock consloemyself so much nicer then then the side of the frame.

Having the switch on the console is the only way to go.

My tank is an FXD tank, it is pretty easy to do this mod. All you need is a piece of 1/8" aluminum and a dremel tool as a minimal tool.
If you look on my web page you can find pics of how I made mine. No more than 2 hours worth of work.
