Well I'm in the middle of changing out my bars and cables.I just discovered it looks like I need torck sockets. I purchased torck bits when I bought my bike but I guess I overlooked the sockets. Could someone please tell me the size range that would be good for a 2010 Wide Glide? Thanks

Be sure to buy "quality" torx sockets.... the T27 I bought from snap-on was $27... and well worth it. The cheap ones scarf up, twist and will strip screw heads. JMO
Ithink that the OP is talking abiut needing sockets not bits He said he had bits. Some replys are about bits. And also about the bit sizes HD uses torx plus screws.Standard torx bits will strip some screws no matter what quailty they are.

Just pull the torx bit out of the socket and stick another torx bit in it. No biggie.
Yuh, I just got through monkeying around with a T27 on my switch housing and it stripped it a litlle bit. Easy to do. But I'm pretty sure it'll be okay for at least one more R&R. Prolly. If not, then I'll have to buy another bolt the same size.
i recently picked up a set of torx plus from snapon after i snapped the tip off of my matco t40 when checking the tourque of the rear disc. i ended up ebaying a replacemet but i got a snap on t40 then ordered the plus set after some reading. the real mistake i made was using a security matco bit. either get a set of non security and be careful of get the torz plus set
I think some of you are missing the point.Torks and torks plus are different sizes.Harley uses torks plus screws.Torks will go into the Harley screws but they are a loose fit and wiil sometimes strip out the head of the Harley screws. The torks plus bits will not go into a standard torx screw.Google Torx and they will explain it better.
