Has any one every converted from a Cable Clutch to a Hydraulic Clutch. I am concidering running my cables (Brake & Clutch) through my bars when I install them. I elieve that the Hyd lines will run better cause the cable can bind on the tight turns. Any knowledge in if this can be done or knowhow on how to do it would be helpful.

 

i did on a honda CB but the hydrolic conversion i used had a cable at the end, was a really trick set up... been waiting on the company to make a set up for a 1 inch bar so i can run my clutch though the bars as well as the wires

 

The Victory based Chopper I had used a hyd slave with the short cable. It kept pulling the end off of the cable. It was a major pain in the ***.

 

sounds alot like the one i had... but i did not have any problems with mine, it was a ebay find that ended up actually working!
