I was in at the dealer the other day and he said a set of 204 cams would really wake up my 2008 FXDWG. I've searched high and low and from what I can see is that they only fit the older 88" models. Am I wrong or is there a part # out there for the newer motors?
I have 204 cams in my 2010 Fatbob, they are a good mild cam. The 204's deliver excellent low and mid range performance, the 211's probably give an edge to that `crack open' upper performance range. Alas, with speed cameras and over zealous Highway patrol down here in Australia, low and midrange performance rules.
the 204's have been coupled with polished heads, SE heavy breather, SE race tuner and VH big radius 2 into 2. All in all a very fine V twin.

Most don't give the 204's they deserve. I have got them in my glide. They will get you close if not to the 100tq/90hp range. They hit hard at about 2700 and pull pretty flat all the way to 5800. They don't negatively affect the low end. It makes for a very strong ridable street motor in a stock 96.
From what I gather from the first hand experience with the 204's here is that it might be similar to the Andrews 37h? I don't plan on raising the compression so I don't want a cam with long(er) duration.

The AFR was a little f-ed up with this tune. I have addressed that since then but I didn't copy that sheet. The curve and the numbers are almost identical. They just cleaned up the lower end a bit.
