Looks great ... it is a really dark, subdued blue ... enough to stand out and give it a distinctive, and very attractive look ... but isn't too far off the beaten path ....
I think you've picked a winner that you will be very happy to own and enjoy yourself, but that would also be attractive to a prospective buyer ... a good decision, I'd say ....
Bike looks great coming together ... looks like a fun project ... will enjoy seeing more photos of the work in progress ....
Thanks for the compliments. We really wanted a color that from a distance wouldnt really be noticable, but when the sun hit it, it would jump out at ya. I think we hit the nail on the head with the shade of blue. The plan for now is to do a silver tank, with blue real flames on it. I found a really good air brush artist who is just down the street from me. Here is a pic of his work, thinking of doing this only in blue and silver
The bike does look kind of funny right now. The wheels on it right now are the old ones. The rims that are going on it won't be done till next week sometime. I still need to get them laced up. I am also waiting on bearings for them.
That color looks really good - more toward navy and much less royal blue than I expected. This bike is going to turn out great....I'm watching for the next installment
The bike is looking great. I love that tank with the flames on it. Are you doing that layout with in Blue and Sliver or just the blue realistic flames without the solid flames.

YEP
lol, not really sure just yet. Going to do the real flames, just not 100% sure about the outlined flames. I kinda like the idea, still looking at it trying to decide.
