doing this for $200 + cost of tank is not likely possible unless you use a streetbob tank and a used ($50) sb console. in that case you still need a tank plate and gasket + idiot lamp cluster. This is by far the cheapest route assuming you use a sb tank and can find a used sb console.
the 2010 wide glide console is north of $200 all by itself, and you have the ignition switch issue to deal with, + the other items that go with any change (tank plate, gasket, idiots)
if you get a 2004-2008 wideglide tank, the console for that is not cheap, over $150 then you have the larger speedo, ignition, tank plate+gasket, idiots, etc. over $400 for these parts combined
