I just put in the BCT baffles for the SEII's on my 06 FXDWG. They sound great and it could just be my imagination, but the scoot seems to really have more ooompfff! My question is after reading a number of other posts (I'm a bit confused) - what is the difference between a SERT and a CART? When I bought my WG last year, I got the SE AC and the Cart (p/n34239-06) installed. I'd appreciate any clarification. Thanks.
I don't really know what a CART is but the SERT is an acronym for Screaming Eagle Race Tuner it's basically an interface between your PC and the fuel injection electronics on your bike.It allows you to custom tune the FI for any number of combinations of intake and exhaust changes.

A SERT allows you to modify a map and flash it to the ECM. Modify the map again and flash that, Modify again, well you get the idea, as many times as you want.
Once it is hooked up to a MC and talks to the ECM it cannot be used on any other motorcycle.
The CART is a map that is preset for a certain muffler and or air cleaner setup. It is flashed to the ECM one time. The cart can't be used again. The map can't be modified before or after it is flashed to the ECM. If you add more equipment you have to get another CART
