I bought my bike in november with 3400 miles on it and it had k&n air filter and vance and hines slip ons its a 2009 Dyna super glide custom do i need to get it remapped? what else will i need to buy if i do?
Your closed loop fuel injection has some adjustability built in for minor mods. If it's pulling through the rpm range and NOT seriously "pinging" when warm under throttle roll on, you're probably just fine as is.

Thanks a lot. Yea TNT in Quincy Illinois said i needed them to remap it and id have to get a powercommander to lol. Ill wait till i get a full exhaust before i remap it.
There is no need for a Harley remap with a power commander, just put one on my Lowrider this winter along with pipes and SE heavy breather. Got fuel motos pcIII for $252 shipped, don't waste your $$$ with the harley remap.
when you say you have a K&N intake, do you have just the filter of the whole Stage 1 back plate to? if so, yes you have to map it, and why woudl you not want to, may as well get the performace out of the stuff on the bike.
a canned map is fine no need to dyno but yes you should map it
do you have a tuner in it? there are several you can go with... i like the SERT but i have that in my bike, i also like the power comanders... but there are alot of options out there
